• Guarantee the implementation of the project according to plan from the aspect of quality, time, and cost
• Handle contract documents, project budget plans, and project quality plans.
• Ensure good relations with all related parties
• Ensure the achievement of efficiency and productivity
• Guarantee the smooth payment of sub-consultant

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years experience in a building contractor as a Project Manager in large-scale projects (especially High Rise Buildings).
• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Architectural Engineering.
• Understand contract documents, Project Budget Plans, and Project Quality Plans.
• Understand work systems & work methods in the construction sector.
• Mastering construction management and practical finance.
• Understand the use & management of construction equipment.
• Understanding of Quality Management System
• Understanding Occupational Safety & Health (K3).
• Understand cost analysis & scheduling.
• Have good leadership skills, good problem-solving & decision making.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Willing to be placed in all SFM projects

Requirement :

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Having 2 years of experience in Plumbing / Building / Construction projects.
• Excellent in using the computer: Microsoft Office, Sketch-Up, AutoCAD
• Able to make sketch drawings and designs according to requests, schedules, and analysis of design drawings
• Able to coordinate with Sales and Marketing on Project completion status
• Having good presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work as a team and in a fast-paced environment.
